Overall playing experience and player support. I mean hitting a massivr jackpot would be great but this isnt a guaranteed thing. It is fun though and the support staff is always responsive.

Casino Guru did his best to help and that I, as the injured party, was fairly respected and that I got what is mine. It was a really long time and sometimes I thought I was going crazy, but in the end, justice was served.
